Curriculum Overview
The Alim & Alimah Program is a structured five-year academic journey covering essential Islamic sciences through progressive levels of study.
Students begin with foundational subjects that prepare them for the study of classical Islamic sciences.
Subjects include: Qur’an, Hadith (Umdatul Ahkaam), Aqeedah (Kitab-ut-Tawheed), Arabic Grammar Notes, Duroos-ul-Lughah (1).
Students progress into the core subjects and begin developing a deeper understanding of Islamic knowledge.
Subjects include: Qur’an, Hadith (Umdatul Ahkaam), Aqeedah (Kitab-ut-Tawheed), Arabic (Duroos-ul-Lughah 2 & 3), Usool Hadith, Usool Fiqh.
Students continue their academic development through more detailed texts and intermediate-level subjects.
Subjects include: Qur’an, Hadith (Sunan Nisai), Fiqh (Al-Fiqh Al-Muyassar), Usool Hadith (Tayseer Mustalah Al-Hadith), Arabic (Duroos-ul-Lughah 3).
Students study advanced texts and strengthen their ability to understand and analyse Islamic scholarship.
Subjects include: Qur’an, Hadith (Sunan Nisai & Abu Dawood, Sunan Tirmidhi), Hadith & Fiqh (Minhatul-Allam), Aqeedah (Sharh Al-Aqeedah At-Tahawiyyah), Fiqh (Al-Fiqh Al-Muyassar), Usool Fiqh (Al-Wazeh), Arabic (At-Tuhfah As-Saniyyah).
The final year focuses on advanced learning, academic development and completion of the program requirements.
Subjects include: Qur’an, Usool Tafseer (Usool fit Tafseer / Uloom ul Quran), Hadith (Sahih Muslim, Sahih Ibn-e-Maja, Sahih Bukhari), Hadith & Fiqh (Minha-tul-Allam), Aqeedah (Luma-tul-Aetiqad, Firaq wa Mazahib Muasarah), Fiqh-ul-Muyassar, Manhaj (Usool-ud-Dawah As-Salafiah, Dirasaat fil Manhaj).
